I liked this clock at 1st it fit perfectly into the space I needed it for. Fairly easy to set up. However 3 months after I got it 1-2 the LEDs went out.

The digital clock worked great for approximately 2 months, then parts of the numbers on the clock screen began to dim significantly. The numbers became unrecognizable and it became very difficult to accurately tell the time, despite adjusting the brightness/settings and resetting the clock. Its possible I received a defective item, but I unfortunately was unable to receive a replacement for the item. Would not purchase again.

First clock worked great. Bought another for a different room. LED segments are failing.UPDATE - Contacted <[email protected]> to report the failure of the 4-month-old clock. They promptly sent a replacement clock.

The numbers faded away one week after warranty.

One by one the crystals for the minutes started fading and going away. Started just a couple weeks after purchase. This photo is 2 months after purchase.I do not like the curved face of the clock. More likely to have a glare no matter where you stand. The curved face also makes the clock more difficult to see from a distance.

The info on this clock says it has three volume levels for the alarm. This would make me think it can go very loud. Unfortunately I suffered severe ear damage, through no fault of my own, while serving in the army in a war in a far off land. This clock is easy to set up and use, as long as you read the instructions, but the volume of the alarm is pitiful. Literally, if I set it to the maximum volume and hold it right up to my ear I can barely hear it going. I am ordering a small clock radio that I hope will work better.

I purchased this to take on a cruise because you don't need to plug it in to an electrical outlet or so I thought. I was under the impression that you can plug it into a charging bank and it would be the same. Was I wrong! The clock was very dim and shut off after a minute or so. My charging bank is 10,000 mh so I do not think that was the issue. If you plug the cable into a 5V charger into the wall, there is not issues but that is not why I purchased it. By the way with the enclosed button battery, it holds the time.

This clock is perfect as a bedside clock. Huge numbers for my poor old eyes to see. Brightness levels enable the brightness to be wound right back to clearly show the time without bathing the room in light. And, unlike the things it replaced, it actually keeps accurate time! VERY happy with it.
