I’ve been having lower back pain for awhile so I decided to give this a shot. The material is soft and comfortable to sleep with. I wish it was a little firmer but it definitely gets the job done and has helped me sleep straighter so my back doesn’t hurt. The material is soft and I like that you can remove the outer layer to wash it as needed. It stays in place nicely while I sleep. Would recommend for a quick solution to help sleep posture!

I've been using this knee pillow for about a week now and I can definitely say that I feel a difference. I've been using a body pillow for many years and the difference is huge. The memory foam bounces back quickly. It is so easy to use and place in different areas. I mostly place it between my knees, but sometimes it feels a little better a smidge higher up. It comes with a removable cover, so it will be easy to keep clean. The design of this knee pillow is perfect for my needs. It functions well and stays in place. I vacillated between this one and a pillow with a leg strap. I am so happy I chose this pillow. I think a leg strap would feel cumbersome and irritating. This pillow works well at alleviating pressure and keeping things aligned. My hip and lower back are hurting less when I get up in the morning. This pillow is definitely a good value for the cost.

Well made and is so much better than trying to keep a huge pillow between my legs all night. Well made small looking at first but large enough for a male body of 5'9 170 pds unbelievably comfortably. Really love this sucker so far because it really really helps my position and comfortable sleep.

It's okay. When you first get it positioned, it definitely offers some relief and feels like it's doing what it's supposed to – helping with that hip alignment. It's got a decent feel to it, and for a short while, it provides that cushioning. My issue is, it just doesn't stay put very well throughout the night because the foam is so weak. I found myself having to reposition it a few times every night I used it, and it tends to flatten out more than I'd like after a couple of hours because they used cheap foam. So, while it's good in theory and offers some initial comfort, it's not the set-it-and-forget-it solution I was hoping for. It's not bad, but it's not a game-changer either. I wasn't paid to do this review, I just wanted to share my honest experience trying to get some decent sleep!

I can’t tell you how much I love this pillow! I’ve suffered from hip pain for a long time due to trochanteric bursitis. I was even using TWO toppers on the mattress for relief. I didn’t know that not having support in between the knees created more pressure on the ligaments. So I bought this little pillow and started using it every night. I adjusted to it immediately. And my hip pain is gone! I’m not saying this will work for everyone but it sure has worked for me.

This is an excellent pillow! The memory foam material is very comfortable to put between my legs when I sleep. It is an ideal size, as it doesn't get in the way when I sleep. I have begun sleeping on my side to help alleviate symptoms of acid reflux. Before purchasing this pillow, I did feel mild back soreness upon waking, but after using this pillow, I don't feel the pain anymore. I would highly recommend this pillow to anyone who sleeps on their side.

Ilove sleeping on my side but with a bad back and having he’d a total hip replacement I need some support. I’ve tried a variety of cushions & pillows but none seemed suitable. This little gem I use every night and it is super comfortable It provides adequate support needed between my knees so as not to have pain in either my back or hips Really recommend it

Necessary purchase for me. Getting old is a cow and requires one purchases tools for support. This is brilliant for me. Supports. My hips, and less to no pain when I wake up in the morning.

Takes some getting used to but the end results are great. Love that I can side sleep without having to keep puffing up a pillow till I can get comfortable. My neck and upper back molds right in to the support.
