I bought this primarily for support for my knee after an MCL sprain, and it is so helpful for that, but also has the added benefit of aligning my spine. I do have a great mattress, but sometimes that is just not enough. I really should have bought this years ago to help with my ongoing lower back issues. It is hugely more comfortable to sleep on my side using this pillow, and I have much less stiffness in my back and hip in the morning. I also sleep on my back, so this pillow is adjusted during the night sometimes. It is very soft but firm enough to do the job. The memory foam is cooling, and the texture is comfortable.

The memory foam is firm yet soft enough to support my legs without feeling cramped, and placing it between my knees aligns my hips and spine perfectly. My only tiny note is that it takes a few nights to get used to the exact placement, but once adjusted, it provides consistent relief and makes side sleeping much more comfortable.

UPDATE : I discovered that you can buy just the pillow cover ! WOO HOO !! Love this pillow even more now ! I bought this pillow in Feb 2025 and it has been a game changer for me. It provides the right amount of angle to keep my lower back in position. The material cover is soft and feels great on my skin, but the material has started to "pill" and no amount of washing will remove it. Has anyone else had this issue? I was hoping to find some replacement covers and not have to buy a complete new pillow. =/

It's good quality but doesn't support the bottom leg so you still have use something else to keep your whole leg level. Returning to get a long one that supports the whole leg from knee to ankle.

I'm so glad I bought THIS knee pillow, as it has made a huge difference in my ability to get to sleep and to sleep comfortably. For years, I've been struggling with a knee pillow (shaped like this one and almost exactly the same dimension) that I just couldn't get comfortable with until I finally considered that perhaps not all these pillows could be the same. 5 Stars ad was absolutely right; it is soft! At the same time, it is supportive. I've used it now for over a week and it is very valued & truly appreciated every night!

I was doubting whether this going to help or not. Being a side sleeper and getting older my hips were starting to hurt after sleep. This seemed rather soft and easily collapsed when I used it. Glad I bought the large one. After just a few nights of use I no longer have pains in my hips. The last thing I do before pulling the covers up is to place this between my lower thighs. Surprisingly it always remains in position in spite of rolling over sometimes.

I bought this for my wife, who used to just use a regular pillow between her knees to sleep more comfortably. Since getting this knee pillow, she’s really come to love it. It’s much more compact and designed perfectly to fit between the knees, making it easy to find the right position for a good night’s rest. She’s noticed a real improvement in comfort and alignment while sleeping. I highly recommend this pillow for anyone who sleeps on their side and wants better support and comfort.

Ilove sleeping on my side but with a bad back and having he’d a total hip replacement I need some support. I’ve tried a variety of cushions & pillows but none seemed suitable. This little gem I use every night and it is super comfortable It provides adequate support needed between my knees so as not to have pain in either my back or hips Really recommend it

Necessary purchase for me. Getting old is a cow and requires one purchases tools for support. This is brilliant for me. Supports. My hips, and less to no pain when I wake up in the morning.
