Spectacular but very expensive
What could be more romantic? How can you instantly be transported to the wonderful island of Sicily? Is the hot sun a part of the flavor? Read on to find out. As you can see from the photo, this is a taste test! American versus Sicily's best. Man to man. A fight to the very end! First, let's start with the limes, then on to the lemons. American lime is quite tart and acidic. You feel the acid on your tongue and then it hits you at the back of the palate. American lime gets a A+ for rich lime softness. Next Sicilian Lime. Oh my god....the first thought is mellowness. My next thought is a lazy afternoon in the summer heat of the romantic island of Sicily. This is not that acidic nor sour. It is gentle but you absolutely know that it is lime. Just a wonderful flavor. I could see it adding freshness to any meal or drink. It gets an A+ for freshness in a brightly flavor liquid that imparts lime flavor without being so tart. I highly recommend this at double the American lime price. American lemon....easily just plain sour. Great on a freshly cooked fish. Easily recognizable to our American taste buds. Grade B. Sicilian lemon...what a disappointment. I would call it flat. Yes. it has that mellowness like it's brethren but no sparkle, no bugles, no timpani. Grade, a poor C-.

Taste like fresh lemons.
I try to drink more water and this makes a big difference. It’s so yummy and considering I drink nothing but water, this and their lemon flavor breaks up the monotony. It lasts a long time and tastes like real limes.

Better than most squeeze bottle lime juices.
Normally I use real limes to make margaritas, but sometimes you can't get limes. So I substitute with lime juice. I've tasted a lot of them and found this taste closer to the real thing. It also non-GMO verified. It's a little pricey than others like ReaLime. This does use a preservative.

This is my second purchase.
This is tasty and tart (as expected) lime juice full strength. This is the second one I've purchased. It's not exactly like the real thing, but the aroma is good and the taste mixed in cola, ginger ale and water is tasty.
