Not much to say. It's a supplement. Been using it for years.

Puritan's Pride delivers good products.

This seems to help with my mucus issue during the winter time. I had to cut the pills in half, the dosage is too high, that is the reason for the four stars. I bought these because Puritan Pride is a solid brand, next time I would get half this dosage. Looking up what should be taken varies, the upper level for teenagers and children is 40 mg a day and adults are under that amount.

I use this brand on other supplements but these caplets were not coated as most usually are. Although they aren’t large, they are difficult to swallow. They start breaking down before you can get them swallowed and stick to the back of your mouth. I don’t recommend them.

Needed some Zinc and decided to just order it online and it works just like the normal stuff does. Easier to be delivered to our house rather than heading to the store. Highly reccomend this and would buy it again when needed.

Great vitamin to always have on hand. Beginning of any sniffles we immediately start taking them. We were pleased with the product and delivery.

Quality supplement in hard to find25 mg size. Exactly what I was looking for.
