A Game-Changer for Elbow Pain โ Effective, Comfortable, and Built to Last
Iโve been using the ProBand BandITยฎ Therapeutic Arm Band for several months now, and I can confidently say this is one of the most effective products Iโve found for managing elbow and forearm pain. If you deal with tendonitis, tennis elbow, golferโs elbow, or repetitive strain from work or lifting, this little band is a total lifesaver. Before I found this, I had been dealing with on-and-off pain in my forearm and outer elbow for a while. Some days it was mild, and some days it made simple tasks like gripping a coffee mug or opening a door genuinely uncomfortable. I tried various braces, wraps, sleevesโyou name it. Most of them were either bulky, ineffective, or uncomfortable enough that I just didnโt want to wear them. The BandIT is in a league of its own.Hereโs what makes it different:First, the design. It doesnโt wrap your whole forearm in a tight sleeve. Instead, it uses two cushioned pads that sit directly over the extensor muscles on the outside and inside of your forearm, held in place with a single adjustable strap. The pads apply gentle, targeted pressure where itโs needed mostโwithout cutting off circulation or limiting movement.Iโve worn this during workouts, yard work, typing at my desk, and even on long days at work where Iโm constantly using my hands. It never digs in, never slips, and doesnโt cause that sweaty, restrictive feeling that a lot of compression-style braces do. The curved plastic โframeโ gives just enough structure to keep the pads aligned, and the Velcro strap makes it easy to adjust quickly for a snug but comfortable fit.I also like how low-profile it is. You can wear it under a sweatshirt or long sleeve without it bulging or looking awkward. I even forget Iโm wearing it half the time. Most importantlyโit works.Within a week of wearing the BandIT regularly, I noticed a real reduction in the nagging soreness that usually followed repetitive motion. Over time, itโs helped me stay active without constantly flaring up the pain. Iโm not saying itโs a miracle cure, but it gave my elbow a chance to heal without forcing me to stop doing the things I enjoy. Thatโs a big deal. The materials have held up perfectly over several months. The Velcro still grips tightly, the pads havenโt flattened or frayed, and the band shows no signs of wear despite heavy use. This isnโt one of those products you replace every couple monthsโitโs built to last.Pros:โข Instantly reduces forearm and elbow strain during activityโข Comfortable enough to wear all dayโข Lightweight, breathable, and not bulkyโข Easy to put on and adjustโข Durable construction and long-lasting materialsโข Works with a wide range of arm sizesCons:โข Not washable in a machineโyou have to wipe it down by hand, but thatโs minorโข It takes a few tries to find the perfect tightness and position, but once you do, itโs setFinal Thoughts:The ProBand BandIT isnโt just a quick fixโitโs a long-term solution for managing chronic elbow and forearm pain. After months of use, I still reach for it every time I know Iโll be putting stress on my arms. Whether youโre lifting weights, typing all day, swinging a golf club, or just dealing with inflammation from repetitive movement, this thing delivers real relief. Itโs simple, smart, and it worksโand thatโs exactly what I needed. Highly recommended.

Best tennis elbow band out there
I never write or leave reviews on anything, but I feel like I should for this. I have been dealing with tennis elbow for almost 4 months now. I started seeing a chiro for ART muscle therapy, but it was not improving even after several treatments. He suggested I start wearing a band to make sure that nothing in my daily routine was aggravating or irritating the muscles & tendons, and preventing my arm from healing. I ended up trying several "tennis elbow" bands...in fact, I ended up buying & returning 3 different brands from various stores - none of which helped. They either didn't fit well, or they were extremely uncomfortable, or they just didn't provide any kind of relief, etc. So I did a search on Amazon, and saw immediately that this particular product had well over 1,000 reviews while still averaging just under 5 stars. With that many people leaving positive reviews about a simple tennis elbow band, I thought it had to be worth trying out. This is by far the best product I've tried out of every other band I've bought. It is by far the most comfortable, it actually provides some relief from the sharp pains associated with tennis elbow, and the best part of all - I can finally notice that it is allowing the therapy to work & healing is taking place. I wear it while working during the day, while I lift / workout, and any other activity that could either irritate the tendons more, or that could potentially cause pain in the arm. The band does not impede any of these things. If you are dealing with tennis elbow or tendonitis, I would absolutely recommend you give this product a try. There are really only 2 "negative" things I could say about it. One, is that it's not the most aesthetically pleasing thing in the world...but pain relief & healing is far more important to me than worrying about that part. The 2nd thing is that after wearing it for a longer period of time, the velcro strap that sits on your arm in between the 2 pads can start digging in a little bit. But if that's the case, you can just cut out some fabric or the top of a sock & wear the band over top of that.

Helped with my pain
Why I bought: I have been having sharp pains in my upper forearm and around elbow. After over use between video games with the kids, shrub and tree work & my work (I draw for a living) I found I could not lift anything with my right hand/ arm without a sharp pain shoot through my arm. I was on a long wait to see my doctor & didn't want to spend the large out of pocket fee for the walk-in clinic. I talked with a few people at a pharmacy. They noted my arm was swollen (which I hadn't really noticed). They guessed it could be carpal tunnel/ tennis elbow. And I needed a wrap. But they only sold hand or wrist ones. Most other bands I saw were just velcro wraps- though a friend suggested Futuro brand. When I searched it on Amazon the Frequently Bought Together sections showed the Band-it.Pros:โข It reduced my pain. After a few days my swelling went down and the pain reduced.โข It keeps tight, in place and is adjustable. I did not have the slipping (some of the negative reviews stated) down my arm.โข I found it constructed well. I was not bothered by the design. I liked the plastic part as it helped keep the pressure. Hell, it could have been rainbow colored with puppy heads on it- as long as it works I don't care what it looks like. I didn't plan on wearing it to clubs or something.โข The strap in 1 inch thick. I found it comfortable, but the plastic part did knock into things, like my art desk and computer desk. The back of velcro strap is just basic weaved fabric (no covering). I did not have an issue with it, but can see how some might find it bothersome.โข Plastic part has curved foam that sits on skin and I did not have any issues with it.Cons:โข Since it has the plastic parts on each side it can only conform to a basic arm shape. As some people have complained that a large arm or thin on may not fit. [Don't quote me on these measurements- I am guessing with a straight ruler] I expanded it to about 5.5" diameter and assume any arm larger than that will not fit. My forearm is about 2.75" d. give or take when swollen. If your arm is under 2.5" the plastic parts touch so it won't be much use. I placed on my other arm and the plastic touched, so it would have been useless.โข I did not have the 'pinching' some reviews wrote about, but I can see how it could happen. Full arm bend can not be done without band getting in the way.โข Probably not great for 'use with' activities. I was able to do some household things but found the more active I was the more I had to adjust it. I can't really see paying basketball or like with this on for a long period of time.Over all I was happy with purchase (like the majority of the other buyers) and would recommend it as a possibility for friends. Have not used it a lot (as some people have said the plastic has cracked on them). So will update if that does happen.

Fast Relief, Minor Comfort Fix Needed
I was genuinely skeptical about this band, but its usefulness is undeniable: after only two days, I'm already feeling significant relief from my Golfer's Elbow pain. The main body of the band and the pads feel like great quality of materials and seem very durable. The design fits securely on the forearm, doesn't slip at all, and provides targeted pressure, but the rough feel of the included Velcro strap is definitely uncomfortable and is the only downside. They should consider a softer strap or include a small cushion. Overall, it's a very decent product that delivers on its core promise. I'm still giving it 5 stars even with the minor strap issue as it's really effective otherwise.

Worth it! Donโt cheap out
Iโm an arena rigger and tower climber, so my tendons are always stressed out due to over exhaustion, this band is amazing! I normally settle for the cheap stuff but this is soo so worth it, I just used it for 12 hours straight climbing towers and lifting ridiculous heavy steel and my arm before the band it was feeling extremely fatigued I was worried about working and wearing this I had no problems and I also had it really tight and had no problems

It works but not as comfortable as I would have liked...also it is bulky.
I have been fighting a partial thickness tear of my right flexor tendon (aka tennis elbow) for several years now. I have tried pretty much every treatment available except surgery as well as numerous different types of braces and bands. When I saw all the rave reviews and the #1 Best Seller tag on this one I thought I would give it a try in the hope that it would be the miracle cure I have been seeking.Sadly it has proven to be somewhat lackluster in performance and comfort. As a therapeutic forearm band it seems to work ok. But my big issue is with the comfort of the device. Almost every tennis elbow band or brace I have used suffers in the area of comfort. The all basically do the same thing, which is to relieve pressure from the area that is torn or strained and for the most part they all do this fairly well. But how comfortably they do it is the biggest challenge.Among the other bands I have used are Cho-Pat and the Ace Adjustable. Both of which I found to be more comfortable. The BandIT does seem to work, but it is far from being comfortable or even convenient for that matter. It is somewhat bulky and honestly not exactly attractive. The white plastic is well made and thick but somewhat clunky and makes sharp contrast against the black bands which make it very noticeable overall.Another issue I have is that it tends to slide loose when doing work. I generally wear a brace when I am working on my car and over the weekend when using the BandIT it kept sliding off as it was hot outside and I was sweating.Full disclosure I am not small, 6'3" male and 215 lbs, so my forearms are big but not body builder or Popeye big. So this may work better for people with smaller forearms. But for me the straps cut into my skin and it was very noticeable while wearing in a distracting sort of way.

Expelliarmus? Expelli-Elbow-Pain!
These things are pure witchcraft! I am absolutely gobsmacked at the instant pain relief.I was genuinely dubious about this helping at all. It's a lot of money to take a risk on, but I'm so glad I did.I haven't been able to play badminton for about 2 months because of the extreme pain in my elbow, so imagine my surprise when I strapped this on and hit the shuttlecock. Nothing. No pain! Incredible. I was even able to smash the shuttle and play proper matches.Your tendon will still feel sore afterwards โ there's no escaping that โ and it's probably best to start whatever exercises are needed to help the underlying problem. But honestly, I am so happy to be able to play my favourite sport again, and for me the price is completely justified.

This product WORKS!!!
This product is as advertised. The customer reviews are spot on. The BandIT starts to compress immediatley based on the starp strength you select. It WORKS!!! You wont be disappointed. I keep this product in my golf bag, and I will be purchasing another one for work. The only drawback is when you sweat, It will slide a little bit. But overall, great product!!
