Best light tasting honey I’ve ever had!

I have tried many different acacia honeys including Olio Carli from Italy, Breitsamer and Langnese from Germany, and Gunter’s from Romania. They are all very good and readers of this review may wish to shop for price to see which of the honeys mentioned is the best value. Certainly the Hungary Bees acacia honey is among the lightest mentioned. It mixes perfectly with things like green tea and adds to the health benefits of this already highly recommended beverage. If my readers go to the Internet to search for the health benefits of acacia honey they will find comments such as the following: “Acacia honey has a very low sucrose content and a high fructose level, so it is the best choice for diabetics. This is a wonderful honey, celebrated by Italian chefs to use in making Panettone, which I do all the time. It's quite light and it never gets hard, as regular honey. It last a long time. Thanks!

Acacia honey is great tasting and has a very light and smooth texture. The product itself is great. It is not as expensive as some brands, but it is expensive, and Acacia honey is going to be high priced, no matter what. The jars come sealed in bubble wrap and boxed. Of the 8 jars I have ordered, none have been broken, but 6 of them had leaked - not too much, but the inside of the bubble wrap was wet and very sticky, so the jars had to be washed. If it was a little less expensive, and the packaging did not result in leaks, this would get 5 stars on everything. If you love Acacia honey and don't mind the price or the clean up, buy it! I will get more.

I wish I could attach photos of all the ways I used my purchase of Wild Hungarian Acacia Honey, but it has all been consumed, with excellent results. And the extra jar I purchased I gave away as a gift. Without a doubt in my mind you will appreciate the quality of this incredible product. My first choice in baking with honey is this Wild Hungarian Honey. The price is low compared to the quality, enjoy your purchase. I am about to place another order myself!

It's perhaps the most expensive (other than Manuka), but are you and your good health worth it? I've been using this particular honey for many years. Even my client enjoyed it throughout her life - she passed at 103. Delicious and just a little goes a long way.

Absolutely smooth and great sweet taste that isn't overpowering and does not leave behind a nasty after taste like some other honeys. Highly recommended for teas, warm milk, even as a spread on pancakes vs processed syrup.
