I bought this kit a while ago and I couldn't be happier, except for one minor thing. Anyone who knows even the smallest bit about piercings knows that the needle must be at least a size larger than the jewelry to insure the jewelry goes in smoothly and you don't cause trauma by forcing it in. My kit came with 14 and 16g horseshoes and the same for the two needles included. I have used the 14g needle and then traced the 16g horseshoe in, but now, I have a 16g needle and 14g jewelry left. Hmmm :/ I guess I'll just use the 14 when I decide to start stretching my septum and throw the 16 away, as I have nothing to pierce with something this small. Other than that, I'm a happy camper. 👌👌👌

Pretty happy with the kit for the price, like everyone else, I had to use the 14G needle with the 16g hoop, my nose watered quite a bit and the clamps slipped because they weren't as tight as I'd like, wich caused my piercing to be a millimetre or two lower than preferred but overall was quick and painless. My biggest issue is that one of the balls on the hoops became I stantly blown out and will not stay on anymore.But again, for the price, I'm overall satisfied with what I got for the money.

This is an OK kit. My problem is that you cant (easily, on yourself) follow a 16g needle with a 16g ring, so I used the 14g needle with the 16g ring, which uselessly left me with a 16g needle and a 14g ring. The clamps are entirely useless, as they are very flimsy and, for me personally, too large to fit into my nostrils and them stick the needle through. All in all, the kit works and it's not a bad price, but there are definitely some flaws with it.

First off, this is a great kit for a beginner septum piercing. I will say though I didn't use the clamps because I might have a higher tolerance for pain and could stomach it but mainly because the clamps were too big/thick/clunky whatever! Other than that the kit is great!Ps:Make sure when you are piercing your septum it is in the right spot(sweet spot) anywhere else it won't heal.Pss: I took the balls off because I didn't like them, personally. You do you boo!

I loved it pierced nicely my friend did a great hub the needle was sharp and it was fast and easy the clamps worked well for me as well. Only thing that hurt was the clamps. But the jewelry it dosnt tell you the langth and once we got it in the balls where touching my lip. I ended up having to change it the next day to way smaller jewelry which hurt so bad. But other then that I love it.

the clamps were useless (as expected due to previous reviewers) but the needle was sharp and the jewelry has held up. Of course, because I used the 14g needle because the hollow was the right size for the the 16g ring, the 16g needle and 14g ring are essentially useless. Had to grow some balls to completely shove the needle through sans clamps but I'm happy with my piercing therefore satisfied with my purchase

Fast shipping! Received a couple days before expected date. The kit itself was good, nice jewelery included and looked very professional. Everything was sterilized, only problem was that one of the 16g needles had a tiny imperfection at the tip, and made it unable to use for piercing. Would recommend!

I ordered it for the clamps and jewelry because I already have hundreds of needles in different sizes.. unsatisfied. The clamps were useless because I could not get them high enough to my sweet spot, so I probably could have done the piercing without them but didn't want to deal with the extra pain. Decided to double pierce my nostrils instead. I will find a use for the jewelry someday
