Good wool, stingy returns policy.
I have ordered 4 different coloured balls of this wool in total and made several items. I would like to give 4 stars as it is easy to work with and easily forms the required shapes, but it does have quite a lot of bits of leaves and sticks in it which means that you are having to dig back into your creations to pull them out as you go. Unfortunately, the returns policy requires for customers to pay their own postage which seems to have become a trend from less scrupulous Amazon sellers. As the colours on screen do not translate very well, this means that the risk of buying more wool and having to pay each time the colour has not photographed true to colour is too large and I will not be ordering anymore. For quite a high-priced item, it's very poor customer service.
