Not what I originally wanted, but finding one single bottle sleeve that fits a 16.9oz soda bottle, is under $10, and isn’t ugly or tacky proved impossible. This one totally works. It weighs next to nothing and the material is soft enough to easily be scrunched and tied around the top of the bottle - and it fits 16.9oz soda bottles perfectly. The design is colorful and kinda cute, so far nobody has even noticed that it’s a large skull resting atop a bunch of small skulls. Haven’t used the strap yet but it appears to be well made. My three little bitty gripes about this sleeve are: 1) it doesn’t keep my sodas cool (not cold, just cool) for more than an hour - but it does keep cold bottles from sweating; 2) the D-rings to attach the strap to are sewn right in the middle of the sleeve material so that the seam is perfectly centered between them - so when using the strap, the plastic drawstring stopper is either bumping my lower lip or my nose - but there’s really no other way to do this; 3) brand new neoprene stinks!! - but it’s washable. Nothing deal-breaking at all.

I wanted a bottle carrier that was lightweight, which this is. I walk daily, with a thermos of cold water. My smallest water bottle barely fits in this carrier. I managed to stretch it a bit and get it on the thermal bottle, but I haven’t taken it off, for fear it will tear. It was a good price, though, and has an adjustable strap, which I wanted.

This carrier fits my 24 oz. water bottle perfectly. I absolutely love the design and the colors! It's also very comfortable to wear while walking; I was a little worried that it was going to thump into my side with every step, but it doesn't. The shoulder strap isn't annoying at all, either. I would absolutely buy this again.
