Plumb Pak Keeney PP836-71CPL Universal Fit Faucet Style Toilet Tank Lever, Polished Chrome

I attached the picture because the toilet is a standard old toilet and I wanted to show that this lever takes it up a notch. There's an upgrade in the works but the lever broke and I had to replace it right away. So being noted, price was important. I've already replaced one toilet and this lever looks great on the long bowl, chair height toilet. Another thing I like is that I found the faucet with handles that will match this lever. I'm replacing the sink/vanity too.I never thought about it, a lever is a lever, but since replacing the flipper type lever, I really like the substance of this lever. Also, the metal arm in the tank is much nicer than the plastic arm that broke. Frankly, it never dawned on me that the plastic arm would break some day ... after almost 30 years. Duh!It was very easy to install. The instructions were a bit unclear. The instructions directed to unscrew the washer directly behind the handle. It was so tight I couldn't do it without risking scratching up the shiny new handle. I'm 70 so my Hercules strength is gone. I proceeded the install without taking that washer off. Turns out, I didn't need to mess with it. I think that was for installing the handle on the side of the tank. Another thing that tricked me is that the handle hole in the tank is square. I thought it wouldn't work but apparently you can put a round peg in a square hole.I'm very pleased with this flush handle. Fair price, looks good, feels right (never thought that was a thing, but it is), solid performance, easy to install. I do highly recommend this handle. Amazon never disappoints, fast delivery as always. Fast delivery was a big deal on this item because I had to remove the tank lid everytime to flush or leave the lid off until the new handle arrived. My original flusher on my upstairs toilet had a plastic arm that went in the toilet. It broke from age. That's partly why I chose these. They have metal arms. I also really like the look of the handle. It's a lot sturdier overall and makes the toilet look nicer.It took me 2 minutes to swap 2 toilets. That's how easy it is to install. I used an adjustable wrench to get the plastic nut off and to tighten the new one. Reverse thread on these is all you really need to know to make install easy.

We recently bought – and returned – some replacement "chrome" and "brushed nickel" toilet handles that ended up being really crummy molded plastic with metal plating (or, at best, incredibly cheap molded metal, but it sure didn't feel like it) – the edges were sharp on your fingertips, the back was hollow and looked like it would be a nightmare to keep clean – definitely felt and looked super cheapo.So glad that we went looking again and found these, and they were only a couple bucks more! I was very impressed to see that they're exceptionally well-made – they absolutely look like they could be part of a higher-end fixture set from a name brand. They have a satisfying hefty-feeling weight, are obviously real metal, have a smooth finish, and are a complete unit with a proper "real" handle. The slight bounce in the handle mechanism is really nice, the square fitting was perfect for our toilet, and the arm shape is just what we were looking for (the other one we bought was a dumb shape/angle that would have hit the top of the toilet-tank lid without a lot of awkward bending. Keep in mind the fitting does stick out a little more, so your toilet seat might contact it; this hasn't been a problem for us and we love the high-end look and functionality. Took about two seconds to install.Would absolutely purchase again. If the style matches what you need, don't hesitate – get these!

This is a sturdy large handle and looks very nice. It can not be used on a front flusher because it interferes with your toilet seat in the up position. You should only purchase this for side flusher. The spring loaded handle is a nice touch. One nit pick, it would have been nice to be able to rotate the handle 90 degrees and use it as a pull handle. It can only be used as push handle.

Easy to install, I like spring action that allows for less effort to flush,and looks beautiful.

Love these Brushed Nickel levers (bought two). They’re look solid, feel solid and easily installed!Looks much better than the “hollow” handles!

Great replacement for the standard flush handle. Our toilet tank has less depth than the average and so the handles with the plastic arms don’t work, they interfere with the filler. This one has the single metal rod which can be bent, turned and cut. Didn’t have to make any adjustments. It installed in five minutes, done! Perfect! Nice quality, heavy, looks great!

Its a very well built solid product. Easy to install, sturdy and great value for the money. I'm replacing another in a separate room later in the week.Out of the box, its ready to be used as angle mounting. Which is what I needed it for. The box itself says it can be used side, angle and front mount. Using at an angle its as easy as removing and replacing the old one. My old unit was replaced twice but flush handle inside angled at a 2-3 o clock closer to the water tub, making latch onto the flush valve or get caught by the water drain area. After install, It hugged the wall of the unit perfectly and giving me room to adjust the chain itself. It comes with a tool if you need to remove the inside metal bar to flip it, like the video shows.What I like the most its silent, instant pull, and stays lifts and drains the water fully. Its not wobbly and the handle has not moved around in 1 week. If you see the inside image, it has a base thats plastic making it cushioned, which holds the metal in place. Have no complaints, and it looks better than cheaper model with some weight making it feel premium

This was super easy to install. Good quality and works as it should. Will be purchasing another for my other toilet.

Finally purchased this product after two other plastic ones broke. It is a very nice product. Durable and well made. Glad I purchased this. Also, very easy installed.
