My bracelet would not stay closed. (Yes, used the key). It was also very large. The glittery lock face was odd. I adore the key charm itself & will be wearing it alone. Too bad there isn't just a cute padlock that my key could unlock. That could be fun!!

The bracelet is bigger than expected. We measured his wrist before placing the order. The square part you insert the key into has sharp corners and it's difficult to clasp the bracelet. Love the necklace. Satisfied overall.

Horrible!!!!!!
Horrible....? It came broken!!!!!!! I would have been happy receiving a replacement but that's not an option. Refund or take a loss are the only options. Which I would have had to drive it all the way to Harrisburg to a drop off facility to send it back just for a refund. So I had to take the loss.

Package came quickly. Bought for my wife for her birthday. Opened the bracelet one to be with the necklace and the clip got jammed on the bracelet. Very dissapointed
