is the gold shiny on both sides?

It is only shiny on the outside, and the inside is more soft-looking and subdued.

Has anyone tried airing out the paper to get rid of that awful sulfur dioxide stench? If so, did it work?

hello I recently bought this paper & was overwhelmed by the strong chemical smell. My husband opened the pack of tissue & aired it out for 24 hours and it didn't make a difference. I strongly advise against buying this as it is a complete waste of time and money.
