Aluminum Boosted Board Skid Plate Set

Definitely saves money in long run
A must have for your boosted board. I caught my boosted board used from a friend, it had 136 miles on it. It also had its scrap guards worn through. I installed the aluminum scrape gards then and now I’m near 390 miles on the boosted board. The aluminum gards have a couple minor scratches. And sience they have more mileage in them then the plastic ones it’s a no brained. When I removed the plastic gards not only were they worn through and cracked on the bottom, but the plastic had cracked around all the screws. Total structural failure. Aluminums a must have for boosted board

Nice...
Exactly as described and fit perfect. Very very nice looking too, thanks. I dont know why they were ever plastic to begin with. Will be ordering your bash guards next.

If you own a boosted board, buy these.
If you have a boosted board. You should also have these. Genuinely. Very high quality and look ten times better. Don’t see me replacing my scrape guards again.

Massive Upgrade from Original Skid Plate
I'm so stoked to finally get the Skate Kastle skid plates. The original Boosted Board skid plates were too weak for what I've been riding through in NYC.Recently my belt broke and when I got home to replace it, I noticed a big crack in the OEM skid plate. I swapped the left skid plate with the right and even though this side wasn't cracked, I noticed it was wearing down pretty quickly. I knew I had to upgrade. After seeing Skate Kastle's skid plates on Amazon go for $100, I decided to check out their website. Fortunately, they're selling them quite a bit cheaper there. Shipping was relatively fast and installation was easy.Upon unpackaging, I noticed some aluminum shavings on the inside of the plates. Not wanting these to damage by belts, I gave them a quick rinse and they were all good. CAUTION: The metal shavings can act like splinters and get into your skin.I do recommend you get a Mobarel 3mm T-handle ball point hex key. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00K3IO2Y4 The ball point end means you can rapidly unscrew your components with the hex at almost any angle and it's comfortable to hold.Super happy, will update as I get more miles on them

Not 100% perfect, like 99%
Just to be clear I think this product is great. I purchased directly from the seller and love these metal skid plates. You do need to move the motor wires to avoid being pinched against the hanger. Just a heads up.
