Anyone know if this is grown in USA or China? Worried about lead content.

On the package it says, "Product of China"

I did not find instructions as to how much on the package can someone please help?Instructions on making it as a tea?Thank you.

Since it's a green tea I add the matcha to the water right before it hits boiling. You could get the ceremonial matcha whisk to make the tea: http://www.amazon.com/1x-BambooMN-Brand-Chashaku-preparing/dp/B003VSEG7Q/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1424131857&sr=8-1&keywords=matcha+whiskHowever, I'm using a frother wand and it works fine: http://www.amazon.com/Bru-Joy-Frother-Stainless-Steel/dp/B00O2PTGAY/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1424131888&sr=8-2&keywords=latte+wand
