Sof Sole Heel Liner Cushions for Improved Shoe Fit and Comfort, 2 Pair

These heel grips work really well for me, and are well worth the price. $5 for two pairs is a great value! I bought them for slip-on sneakers that are half a size too big for me and were slipping off my heel when I walked. With these heel grips, the shoes fit snugly and comfortable to the back of my ankles, and stay put with every step. These grips are moderately thick; I don’t expect they would help with shoes over a half size too big. They are not soft and squishy, but rather firm and rubbery. They are textured to the touch, which helps them grip very well. That said, I do not find them to be abrasive. I have used them with socks and sneakers, and in heels against bare ankles, and they have not caused blisters or any irritation. They simply grip very well. I am surprised by the reviews saying the adhesive is inadequate. I have found them to be extremely sticky—more than adequate to stick to my shoes for a very long time (I have purchased this brand of heel grips in the past, and they stuck to those shoes for literally years). I even stuck them on crooked the first time and had to peel them off and re-stick them, and they were plenty sticky enough for the second application. For the quality and value, I would definitely recommend this product.

When that little extra grab at your heel is needed to keep from stepping out of your loafers, this item does the trick. Very soft and yet excellent traction. The material of the heel liner is muted in color making it attractive and non obtrusive and soft with excellent grip. Just the right thickness and quite easy to use and install. Very durable material.

I purchased these heel liner cushions to go in the heel of a pair of slip on shoes that were just slightly too big for me. The heel liners did the trick and now the shoes fit a lot better. The heel snugs where very easy to apply in the shoes and I have worn the shoes both with socks and without socks and have had no issues with blisters or rubbing on my foot. The edges of the liners seem to be lifting away a bit after several wears, but so far they have stayed stuck to the inside of the shoe. I like that these came with two sets so if the first does eventually come free, I have another set to use. It is not at all noticeable that I have the sole heel liner cushions in my shoes while I am wearing them. This is a good solution to shoes that slip just a little in the heel area.

I don't know why I thought I could 'magic' my problems away....Maybe this works for some. I wear a big boot, size 13 Blundstone. Obviously these things came right off when slipped my foot in my shoe. Design flaw: textured fabric coating??? Guess what other textured fabric will be creating friction against this: socks. Pretty impossible to put your shoe on without rubbing your heel across this, and it just peels right off. I did manage to get my feet in finally, and by the end of the day, they had shifted around so much, leaving residue all up in my shoe and on my sock. SO, clearly this has worked for some, but for sticking to the inside of a leather boot in order to take up some room? Nah.

I bought these for a pair of shoes that are just slightly too big, resulting in heel slippage. I affixed them to my shoes two weeks ago. The adhesive is strong and has held them in place so far. They are thin, but have worked to keep my heel in check thus far. However, the reason for my 3-star review is I'm concerned about the texture of the pad. It has a rough surface that I think over time will wear down my socks. I would imagine they would also be uncomfortable when not wearing socks. Other similar products out there have a smooth surface, which I think is a better way to go.

They worked as advertised.

I followed the instructions carefully, but it just won't stick to my sneakers, it's best to use it with leather or similar shoe.
