Why does your title say, “no ice pack needed,” when clearly the back of the bottle says, “keep refrigerated?” So which is it?

Hello. Our probiota bifido is extremely shelf stable and refrigeration is not required. We recommend refrigeration after opening but it is not required. -Seeking Health Staff

I can not read the label ingredients, what are the specific strains and how much of each? 35 people bought this product without knowing what is in it?

They are not time released. All of our probiotics have a proprietary polysaccharide complex (delivery method) in the capsules that prevents stomach acid from breaking them down so that they may enter the GI tract and colonize.
