Was skeptical about using this with my new Bolt EVSE; but product details showed it as compatible and I needed a backup charging system for my Bolt. So glad I made the purchase. Works as described. Seller includes relevant information and accessories. All very well done.

I’m happy to say that it works with my 2019 Honda Clarity Level 1 EVSE. I get 12 miles/ hr of charge now vs 3 miles/hr with level 1. Only gave it 4 stars because the vin number on the EVSE is different than those listed as compatible. I think it was a typo error for number 5 vs S. I could not get seller to verify and he did not return my call.

This works great. It charges my Volt in about 5 hours. (It takes about 12 hours to charge using a regular 120V socket.)

I already had a Level 1 charger but wanted an easy way to be able to charge when I was parked at a friend's place when I visited. This was a great way to save space and money to have that option. As soon as I placed my order, I received an email to confirm the type of charger I had, so I felt confident that the seller wanted to ensure safety. I used this today and it worked like a charm! So excited to have another place to charge now!

Prompt delivery and instructions were clear and thorough. Had a 50 amp 14-50 outlet installed and plugged my Duosida Level 1 16 amp charger into this adapter and voila, I have 16 amp Level 2 charging for my Chevy Volt. Works as intended. I will update if any issues arise. Star deducted because I did not get the included Safety Sleeve which seems like a safety hazard and oversight from the manufacturers. Recommended product, saved me $200+ on a new level 2 charger.

I assumed I had 2 circuits run to the garage cause I have a breaker box out there, but it is only the power from one phase, so only 110v. I will need to run a second power line out there which will take a electrician to do, so I am not going to be using this at home. I might take it for charging on the go though, with 1/2 thick extension cables I might be able to charge at 220v @12A with the charger I got with my car, but I have a 15A circuit in the garage so I will likely buy a second charger that can do 15A. I'd likely give a higher rating if I could use it. If I get a change to I will revisit this review.
