So glad I tried this yeast and lecithin! I love baking and have used quick rise yeast before but this is even better and faster. The bread and rolls I've made so far have been so easy and quick but as important they are really good. I think I'll add a bit more salt to the base recipe. I've made regular bread, cinnamon swirl bread and cinnamon rolls with cream cheese frosting so far and I can't wait to try more things!

I absolutely love this! You can make a pan of rolls or a loaf of bread in just a little over an hour. It produces a huge loaf of bread which is soft texture inside I can’t believe I have not heard of this before. I am telling all my friends to give it a try. They won’t be disappointed !

Product as advertised and arrived promptly.8/2/15 I finally got to make this bread. I cut the recipe in half and made simple rolls. It really does make bread in an hour or less and the rolls rose beautifully, had a nice crust and lovely crumb. I immediately ate one hot from the oven with butter. It was tasty. However, I added a little too much lecithin. I could smell it on my hands even after several washings. It gives a little nuttiness to the bread but for some reason I developed a strong aversion to it and could not stand the smell of the rest of the rolls so I threw them out. I will try the recipe again but use an egg yolk instead of the lecithin. It's me, not this product.I think if you are careful not to use too much lecithin and your family doesn't notice or mind the taste, this is a great product, especially for a large family. It can be made up on short notice and doesn't require any perishable ingredients - perfect for when the Zombie apocalypse comes, LOL. The original recipe makes 4 loaves and the one that comes with this package makes 2.
