HONSHEN Turkey Lacers for Trussing Turkey,6 inches Stainless Steel metal skewers,Set of 12.....Didn't need 12 but as far as skewers go these are just fine. Stainless and dishwasher safe, they handled a large turkey with ease

These are very sturdy; more uses beyond turkey
My previous lacers were quite thin and bent easily. These do not and the thicker size makes them easier to clean and I'm less likely to accidentally poke myself with them when handling the turkey/other meat.
