This review comes after two years of use. We've bought 2 of these for our home. - and both unties work flawlessly. The shower head used in the guest shower stall is stock with the 2.5 gpm restrictor and included hardware. Guests rave about the ease of use, settings and water pressure, No issues with the hose or mount. Ours is used daily- restrictor removed, and we bought a stainless steel shark bite brand mount attachment when we purchased it. This replaced a Hansgrohe, then a Delta, then a Kohler fixture. I wish we would've found this sooner. I don't think one can find a better performer for any price. This is a great solution for just about any application.

Ordered to replace cheaper item from Amazon that literally fell off & broke with no use! This one feels sturdy, hose is really nice. Came with plumbers tape & gaskets. Easy install; looks good, sprays well. So far, so good. Worth the $. No leaks.

i love this showerhead. i got it to replace the standard shower head in a house my friend & i moved into. the finish is true to description. no leaks, fit in the shower arm. good water pressure. didn't point straight down when using, hung at a good angle so as not to stand up against the wall. i wish i brought it with me when i moved out of my friend's place.

USED A WATER PIC BRAND AT A VACATION RENTAL THAT LOOKED LIKE THIS AND LOOKED FOR ONE,I ORDERED THIS AND LOVE IT!!!! VERY EASY TO INSTALL AND WORKS SO WELL. WE WILL BE PUTTING THEM IN OUR OTHER SHOWERS

My wife dropped and broke our Hansgrohe shower head. You can't get Hansgrohe shipped to California anymore because of flow restrictions in the state. Many brands include a 1.8gph restrictor that can usually be removed. HG refuses to add such a restrictor. Oh well, it means we needed another brand. I found this product and based on reviews and price, decided to give it a try as we can alwasy send it back. The included instructions show how to remove the restrictor (I presume on the premise of "cleaning" it). Because of the price and the inclusion of not only a hose but also a mounting bracket, I was not expecting a particularly high quality product. We were surprised that the head feels well built, and not heavy (that could be a plus or minus for some that equate heft to quality). The controls work smoothly and provide a nice set of different spray patters - more than what we had with our expensive HG. So far, my wife loves the size of this new shower head- bigger than the HG, but not ridiculously large like some our there.We only needed to replace an existing hand held shower head so we did not use the mounting bracket so can't comment on its utility or installation, but it seems fine. The only "con", but not much of one, is the hose is shorter and feels of lower quality than our HG hose. The included hose is perfectly fine and looks good with solid fittings on each end, but in comparison to the HG it feels a little lightweight and possibly less durable. In the end, I gave our HG hose a CLR cleaning in my shop sonicator and it came out looking new, so we kept the old HG hose and put this new hose in storage.We are very happy with this new shower head and it complements nicely the overall "high end" look of our fancy 6-body spray and adjustable shower head slide bar shower system. Time will tell if it is durable, but it supposedly comes with a lifetime warranty so we'll have to wait and see. In the meantime, the price makes any concern over it not lasting 5+ years fairly unnecessary.

Very happy with this shower head for almost 6 years. Love that it has 6 settings and actually find myself using all of them for different occasions. Also, their customer service is great!Will definitely be buying another.
