Super comfy and not super tight. It’s not itchy and cheap like most Halloween costumes. It’s soft material and good quality. The zipper worked wonderful for me and the material is not see through. It is true to size and well made! It’s adorable on too!

My wife was a little uncomfortable in it due to her not being used to wearing tighter clothing. I think it fits her perfectly. She said she could have sized up one. She bought the XL based on weight and reviews from others. She wanted to size up one. The arms are tight and she has a little trouble getting it over the hips. But once on she looks great! She ordered a real nurses hat and used her stethoscope so it looks awesome. With her permission i am adding her stats. She is 5'2 and 209 lbs and wears a 44G bra. She again ordered an XL.

Costume was great quality! True to size, just a little big in the shoulder & arm area. I received compliments all night at a Halloween Party. Great Costume & Great Price For The Quality!

pretty see-through, but stretchy fabric the belt is velcro in the back so if you can’t tighten it all the way you’ll see the velcro. arms are very tight so if you have bigger arms like me might wanna keep that in mind. other than that it’s a decent costume.

Fit like a glove! I felt super cute! I styled it with white fishnets & a red belt among other accessories. It's great for costume parties, concerts, music festivals & even trick-or-treating!

I really liked this costume! To add fluffiness to the skirt, I bought an extra white tutu to go underneath, which was instructed by the costume description. The open chest style was really cute, and I thought that the overall fit of the costume was flattering and sexy. The only downside to the costume was the nurse hat that came with. It was a strange shape and was really hard to bobby-pin into my hair. It ended up falling out right away for I rocked the costume without it.

I am 5'7", 32D Cup and 142lbs (all my weights in my butt and thighs, I have a small waist) and I'm pretty happy with the size Medium! The waist fit perfect and the dress was the perfect length to be sexy yet still covers you! The arms are a little snug and a size smaller the sleeves would be too tight, and the chest is just barely perfect with a bra on (just slightly too loose). If I were to wear without a bra the chest portion would be too loose. The fabric is not too sheer, you'd be safe wearing pretty much anything underneath that isn't very dark like black, brown, navy blue, etc. The headband is cute but I'd have to get a thin plastic headband or use bobby pins to wear. If you're buying this for sexy time the chest portion is very easy-access! Overall I am very pleased!
