Hello, This container can be refilled, but changing scents is not recommended by Mercedes as cleaning agents may clog the dispenser. There is an empty container sold by Mercedes for this purpose and it can be found here http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00K7HP3R6

Does this work for GLS 350?

I own an S550 and see no reason why this product wouldn’t fit in other Mercedes models. Pretty sure it’s standard across the board. Hope this helps.

The description says 2014. Is this stock 3-4 years old, or is this new inventory?

I think the reference to 2014 refers only to the fact that it fits him Mercedes models starting with your 2014. Prior to that this feature was not available. I have no idea with the stock is that old but I do not think it is. So far, however, I have not been able to test this product because it does not seem to be working in my car. I'm going to take it to my shop to see if there is a problem with the dispenser.

Does it work on 2010 Mercedes W204 ? Without climate control ?

Don’t think so. 2010 models do not have the fragrance system cradle (located in glove box). That will tell you if any of the atomizers will work with your vehicle.
