The first piece I put in won't come out. How do I get it out?

You just have to tug it a little harder since it’s new.

Does it come with batteries already installed? Thank you.

No, you have to get AAA batteries

Do you sell refill files?

Amazon does....they sell a kit that universally fits

The top pieces come off so easily. Is there a replacement for this and is there a fix for this issue?

Push it back far...it goes in almost all the way...have never had a issue with it :)
