Superb
It exceeded my expectations. The body is all metal as advertised and the doors and hoods are solid and metal as well. The quality of all parts is excellent, well made. The lights are strong and make an impression, not just a dim glow. Note that when they said "siren" I assumed an audio sound, but it's a flashing bulb on the top of the car that they call a siren, which is fine just know that the car makes no sound. The Batman and Robin figures are quality too, I didn't expect the capes to move. Robin stands solid but Batman can tip easily for some reason, not a problem and he won't fall over on his own it just takes a steady hand to set him up.

Very well made
I am one of those people who grew up watching and loving the late1960s TV Batman series. This Batmobile reproduction is a dream collectible for us. As others have mentioned, if the theme song would play at the touch of a button, it would be even more incredible. But, hey, nothing is perfect. This die cast Batmobile is beautiful, sturdy, doors and trunks open and the lights can be turned on! Even the interior detailing of the car is well reproduced. The Batman and Robin small figurines are sharp and even have the right attitude (Whoa, tiny plastic boy wonder, relax, tiny Batman will use his tiny Bat-belt and save the day) And, yes, I'll be a bit picky in the sense that the color of the decorating accent lines on the car are originally red, and in this reproduction they are are more orange. Other than that, this car rocks. Even the box is spectacular.

Wham! Crash! Pow! Best "Bang!" for your Bat Buck! Zowie!
Being a child of Classic 60s Boob Tube TV, when “Batman” came along in 1966, I was immediately hooked. It was the reason my dad finally broke down and got a color TV, as I was going to the next door neighbor to watch Batman on their color TV set, and of course came home and told him we had to get one.As a Classic TV Batman fan and collector of Classic Toys from the 60s, I recently discovered and purchased the McFarlane "Batcave" to display in my Baby Boomer Man Cave, along with my other classic toy collectibles from my childhood. I of course needed a Batmobile to display along with it. I had a few 1:18 scale 66 Batmobiles but didn't want to break open the boxes to use any of them, since, as a collector, the box matters just as much as the item inside. I didn't really like the McFarlane Batmobile that was offered as a separate companion purchase to go with the set. I watched a few reviews on Youtube and even though it was made to go with the McFarlane 6" Batman action figures, it was made of plastic and didn't look too great to me, especially with an average $30 price tag. I finally settled on the "Jada" 1:18 scale Die Cast Metal "Classic TV Series Batmobile". Again, after watching a few Youtube reviews and comparisons with other 1:18 scale 66 Batmobile's, I felt it was what I was looking for, for many reasons... Die Cast Metal construction, fine details, doors, trunk and engine hoods that open, and best of all, working headlights, tail lights, turbine light and flashing cherry top light. It also comes with metal cast Classic Batman and Robin figures. Another plus in it's favor, it comes in a very nice box with excellent graphics, that does not have to be destroyed to get into, so you can save the box and repackage the car and figures with ease. All in all, a very well thought out presentation and excellent quality product. Finally, even though it has an age rating of 8+, I consider this a real nice adult oriented collectible, made for display, and considering the average price of 1:18 scale Die Cast cars, many $100 or more, the Amazon $59.96 price tag was the best Bang for my Bat Buck! I was not disappointed!PS: Although I purchased it elsewhere, I would also like to recommend The McFarlane Batcave. It is made of plastic, comes with 13 Batcave interior pieces, also made of plastic, and makes for a great display!
