Vox Lux [Blu-ray]

This is an extremely different and Way-out there film. It may seem like WTF but it gets more crazy halfway through then goes full out bonkers at the end. I highly recommend this film. All the actors are great especially Natalie Portman.

I love this movie and I'm also a big Natalie Portman fan. Such a wide range of characters and she is excellent in all of them.

I loved the visuals and sound in this movie. This definitely needs to be seen in Hi-Def video. I am not sorry that I purchased this film. Though some of the film was a bit tedious when dealing the main character's personal life, I am glad that I watched this film all the way to the end. The end sequence is why I rate this film better than normal.

Best satirical film since “Dr. Strangelove,” probably best ever. Do you like singers who dress like prostates and have strong political opinions fed to them by their hairdressers? Then you will hate this film.

I definitely enjoy a good dystopian flick and the trailer made this movie look quite amazing. Sadly, it just didn't come together as I'd hoped. The 1st half of the film is actually pretty good. The 2nd half is quite different (and perhaps meant to be so) but I struggle with what to really take away from it, other than to see our previous protagonist metamorphized into a mess of an adult.Anyhow, I can't recommend the film. The performances are pretty good, but the story is a bit too scatter-brained to work and I'm not really sure what the movie is trying to say other than the beauty of pop music is making people forget all the ugly in the world.However, I do recommend the soundtrack which is pretty strong (though not that strong for a music movie). It has some great "dramatic" tunes though (like Scott Walkers "Druggie" and the main song "Wrapped up" that Natalie performs is also a fave.

Boring and anti- climatic film about boring fictional characters. At least if the piece was about an actual boring person, it would be less boring.

i love this movie. very interesting theme, beautiful long takes and all the cast bring amazing performances. It is great that directors take risk like this.

The power of fame and it's crushing weight on the creative artist. Ending with a wail of loss and despair.
