How can i contact hyperx? my earbuds broke and i've had them less than a year.

They don’t last I had them for a month and they broke right at the seam

Are these work with pc with the all functions ? My laptop has only 1 audio jack. So if i plug it will it work with the mic ?

Suleyman A, While HyperX Cloud Earbuds are intended for use on game consoles, smartphones and tablets, they should work fine on PC with a single headphone/mic combo 3.5mm auxiliary jack. Please note that Cloud Earbuds does not feature volume controls or mic mute option. Use host device audio settings to adjust sound levels. In some cases it may be necessary to manually disable host device built-in mic to use Cloud Earbuds inline mic. An additional splitter cable (sold separately) will be required to connect Cloud Earbuds to most desktop PC separate audio output and mic input jacks. Thank you.

Austin, HyperX Cloud Earbuds work with iPhones. Attach Cloud Earbuds to the phone 3.5mm auxiliary port. iPhone 7 and later models require Lightning-to-3.5mm adapter supplied with the phone to connect earbuds. Thank you.
