Is there a top coat to put on to protect in kitchen

Frenchchic do one but also depends which of there paint you use.

Can you use this for a plastic bath panel?

The Frenchic website has a very good email helpline, they should be able to help with this.

How many coats to finish coat

It took me 4 although it says 2 on the tin ! However a nice final effect .

Will one tin do a double pine bed.

Yes it will. I've done a Welsh dresser and a gin cabinet from one tin.
