We had these lights installed in our garage. and for the first 5-6 months they worked great, and then about 2 months ago they stopped working. One day I went out and just one was out, (huh that's weird I'll have it checked out) the electrician checked the power and said all is good, Must be a bad light. (No big deal I ordered 10 of them and only used 8) before we could replace the one the rest started going out my garage now has 2 working lights out of the 10 we purchased. Sence this pic two more have stopped working, They work great tell they don't, I noticed others have had the same problems and a new fixed or updated light that may be available, we are hoping amazon or the seller will chime in on a fix/return/refund. Not happy because my electrician is going to charge me to have them replaced.Update I would not ever purchase from this seller again after several attempts to contact them about the lights for help. They never responded ... I hate saying this but even after amazon supposedly stepped into help nothing happend we have now contacted amazon over 7 times about these and strongly recommend not buying these from this seller as they do not honor any type of warranty.

We purchased 20 lights for our Auto Service Shop TL MOTORS in Covina Ca, The Service Bays are lit up like Day light all day long. A few of the Lights gave us problems at first, like Flickering and one of the Lights had a strip of LEDs that burned out, we reported the Faulty lights to Customer Support, at first I thought, Ok here we go its going to take forever to get a response back since this was the first time dealing with the Company., Then the next day we had a response on How can we be of Help, Well after discussing with them in a few emails of what we were experiencing with a few faulty lights the company stud by there Product and issued out replacement lighting to replace the bad lights at no extra charge.The Product is Great the lights are awesome, our Productivity level has increased our Staff and Employees love it.Hands down Great Customer Service!!****I recommend this to all that are looking for brighting up there Garage or Service Bays or where ever you might need lighting.We are working on outside lighting of our building now, and we be will returning to Chunnuan for more lighting.Thank you guys! Your Product is Great and out most Great customer Support and Service!!*****

These lights are crap. I have had 5 out of the 9 I installed go out within 2.5 years. I have replaced them by buying individual ones at $90 each. I expected a more when paying $700 for them. Hopefully this review will keep other from making the same mistake I did. I have even tried reaching out to the seller and they new responded. What a joke.

Work great till they don’t, six of the ten don’t work at all. Once the first one started to fail the rest quickly followed. I’ve tried contacting the supplier to no avail. Do not buy them. Customer support and lights themselves 👎🏻

Our Company purchased $8000 worth of these lights. Installed them in a factory, looked awseome. But oh well, a year later, the factory calls me and tells me over 20% of all the lights are out, and you guess who will be replacing the lighting. Yep, not the manufacturer. Horrible product.

The light itself is great.The problem.like most Chinese LED's is that their whip is always short.

Light worked until they get warm and then start flickering and to a level of beyond toleration. Tried to email seller multiple times with no reply. Contacted Amazon for there warranty TWICE and they told me to pound sand. Thanks Amazon for nothing.
