This is a GREAT buy! I'm very pleased with the quality of this hammock. I've been looking for one for almost a month now. I looked everywhere and just kept seeing ENO brand hammocks, which get pretty pricey once you add up the hammock, straps, bug net, and rain cover. (The rain cover is more than the hammock itself!) I was worried that this hammock wouldn't hold both my husband and me, but it's worked amazingly! It's easy to tie up. Everything you need is included, although the ropes aren't super long, so you will need to find two trees not too far apart. Although it's much more comfortable for one person (it doesn't seem like a two-person...slightly smaller), we frequently get in together and it fits us both. You just have to kind of scoot around and find the right position lol.

This is a good starter hammock. I've had it for about a month and a half and I've really enjoyed it. It's comfortable and has ruined sleeping in a bed for me. If you give me the choice of this or a bed, I will choose this every time. There are a couple issues with this hammock. It is a good size for a single, but it certainly is not good for 2 people like the name suggests. I'm 5'7" and weigh about 160 lbs. A friend of mine tried to climb in with me who's about 5'6" and 130 lbs and it was not an experience I'd like to repeat. I'm ordering a larger hammock with which to share, but I'll be keeping this one in my backpack for hanging out around my college campus. Another grievance I have is with the carabiners. They're not very good and have really sharp edges. Thankfully, I've been lucky enough to avoid tearing the parachute material and my own hands, but I've just now ordered a better pair of carabiners. Lastly, where the grey and green meet is very inconvenient. The stitching is very tough and not very forgiving, and it is near impossible to avoid. Overall, this is a great hammock for any beginning hammockers.

Honestly, This is my first hammock and have used it only once. It worked perfectly and seems to be a very well made, reliable product. I slept in in in 40 degree weather with my nine year old with the misunderstanding (my fault) that it would sleep two. It did sleep two but, of course, we were smashed into each other all night. I weight about 165 lbs. At no point was I worried about the hammock supporting our weight.Overall, money well spent and i like it!

Nice hammock, packs up small. Goes along on most camping trips. Seems durable enough - has held up to a year of light use. Large enough to be comfortable for someone who's 6'1".My only complaint is the hardware, which is awful. The edges of the gates haven't been deburred or smoothed after machining, so they're razor-sharp. They catch on the rope and have cut my fingers. Replaced the clips and the rope with some quick soft shackles, now very happy with the whole setup. (Shaved 4 ounces off the weight too.)

Fantastic hammock! Lets a breeze through, but acts as a wind break too. Super easy to set up super easy to take down. The straps that come with also fit into the bag is you're good at packing the hammock in tight. The straps are fully adjustable to work with all sizes of trees. One of the trees I use I can hardly get my hands around the limb and this strap has plenty of length left.You definitely want to test the hammock with your weight before plopping in since the straps and ropes will settle in and you might droop to the ground without adjusting. One adjustment after testing my weight is all I need. It's also really comfortable to sit in "sideways" like a chair rather than laying back.
