Amazing product. In love with it.

I am using the Surface for over 6 months. Had no issues whatsoever. Takes negligible time to boot up. I got the pen with it (sold separately) and it's awesome taking notes on it! Every time I see someone carrying a heavy backpack, I feel proud of this device, as I carry a lot of e-books in it. Build quality is superb. You get premium feel in a not so premium price ( I got it for 32000 INR). battery life is good too, beats almost all laptops. The performance might be a little underwhelming, but yeah, you can't cut wood with a penknife, which doesn't mean a penknife isn't useful. Surface Go isn't a device which you can use to crunch up numbers and stuff, but rather for browsing, surfing and yeah, taking and reading notes. The screen is also very good, and the device is very light, therefore perfect for binge-watching. 👍🏻

Can't say about performance as didn't get a chance to have a proper hands-on because the piece I recieved was defective. Even after 1 hr of charging, battery status was 0% and as soon as device is unplugged it shut itself down abruptly.Physical appearance and build quality seems premium. Windows 10 needs more work for its Gui experience. It lacks gestures and apps options.

1.The battery is not getting charged and remains at 0 %. The tablet is working only when connected to mains.2. There are scratches on the body.

Good enough product but MS has gone the Apple way with chargers specially designed, fragile and expensive to replace.

I brought surface laptop about 2 year ago,And I have been regretting it ever since,They charger stopped working in the 8th month, search everywhere for the CUSTOMER CENTRE, But there are none, I contacted Microsoft about it, they said it cant be repaired, so i buy a new charger that also stoped working. dont buy it, YOU LL CRY TO GET IT TO WORK at least WORTH THE MONEY
