Okay product.
Bought the NXG1450 but received a damaged Circuit board. Fortunately, the Luminous Service contact number provided responded well and replaced the circuit board free of cost (except the servicing charge). Within 1-2 days, which was good. But one quarry i have is whether the fan is supposed to run 24x7 as the fan doesn’t stop at.

Received defective item
I received a defective item. It appears that seller deliberately sent me a defective item because of my remote address. There were multiple tapes. No user manual included. Inverter itself seems to have been opened and tempered with. Multiple barcodes. Lcd screen is not working. I request amazon to take action against such seller. I ordered the product because I needed it, i don't have all the time in the world to play replacement -replacement.

Sometimes we facing a problem to switch on solar system
All are ok but this is only support 12 volt pannels I am using 400 watt pannel at this time then I found maximum ampere 18 amp. At afternoon all electric appliances are auto shift solar and during evening 5pm auto Shift on grid.Sometimes we face problems as it is in automatic power saving mode.
