I have been using this creatine monohydrate from Nutrex Research for several weeks and it has really surprised me. It dissolves quite well in water or juice, has no strong flavor and does not fall heavily into the stomach.I have noticed improvement in my performance during training, especially in strength and endurance.

This is a good quality product. It is easy to take as it dissolves completely in water and has no taste or smell.

So I received my first 60 servings bottle on 6/2/25, and I started to use creatine on 6/3/25. I’m already on day 62 using creatine and I still have plenty of it left when I should be finished with the bottle. So I decided to check the scoop and it’s only 4g and not the 5g that it states. I weighed it numerous times with my food scale and it kept hitting 4, never hit 5 once. So be conscious about the scoop folks. Maybe I’m wrong in this, I don’t know, this is my first time dealing with creatine.The pros, it dissolves easily with my protein. Has never upsetted my stomach, and I feel it has helped me with my lifts and recovery. I would buy it again but I’m now making sure I’m taking the recommended 5g of creatine.

Works really well and there is no clumping thanks to the big moisture packet. I pour it in my water and it's completely tasteless. Desolves really well.
