I can’t believe how well this worked! First off I am not paid to write this . I hate the fake reviews . So I had an orangish tinge to my dyed blonde hair so I tried this and wow it actually turned the orange to a perfect golden blonde !! It was as if I had gone back to my hair salon to get a toner added !! I will never use anything else now . I used it once per week or whenever I feel my blonde is getting too orangey and I just left it in for 3 minutes max and it worked !! I have also tried leaving it on for 6 minutes and then it makes the hair more of a darker tinge but I found just leaving it in for 3 minutes after working it in well has made my hair stay a pretty light blonde streaked color. Love it !! Would never even think to try a different product since this worked THAT well , better than any toner my stylists have ever put on to correct the Orange coloring . Highly highly recommend this !!

I love how this works. I’ve been highlighting my hair lighter and lighter going towards platinum, but since I’m a true brunette naturally who had colored my hair red for almost 25 years no matter how much bleach is used it’s got a yellow tint. I’ve tried several companies of purple shampoo and never saw any difference until this. I bought the travel size since it was cheap. Using this does remove all the yellow BUT it doesn’t do anything to clean my hair. I’m a massage therapist so I sweat and have oily scalp. So I out this on when shaving my legs in the shower then rinse. Follow up with my regular shampoo to actually clean the hair and then conditioner, and then I style with a leave in that is a bond repairing leave in and that’s where I find success. Now I can see how my hair is almost platinum. I also use it once every other month. When I hit the color blonde I’m working towards I’ll use to once a month. A little goes a long way with my shoulder length thin hair. I know people mentioned it stains hands but if you follow the instructions it tells you to wear gloves when washing your hair and I haven’t had any problems.One more downside the bottle does leak. I leave it in the shower and have to rinse the top a day after use. Then it stays clean.

I bought the smallest bottle just to give it a try as I've tried endless purple shampoos w them rarely working well or lasting. I'm happy to report this was the best one I've used yet, got rid of all my yellow and brass and that's very hard to do w my hair! I'm 5days out and it's still holding silver. Will use once a wk and rebuy. Reco 10/10.

Honestly this doesn't do anything more than the purple shampoo from Sally's. I have brass off and 2 from Sally's, been a blonde for years so I've used so many. Decided to try this but other than drying my hair out it didn't do any better than Sally's brands. Save your money.

I've been using this purple shampoo and it is a game changer for my silver hair. It neutralizes the yellow tones and brightens my hair making it looking fresh and vibrant. It will stain your hands if kept on them too long but comes off easily but worth it for the results.

Definitely would not recommend. It worked, kind of BUT there were too many cons that outweighed any benefit.I only left the product in for 3 minutes out of sheer concern. I typically leave purple shampoo in for 10-15 minutes, but this one dyed my hands purple while I was working it into my hair. Since my skin was stained purple so quickly I didn’t want to risk the same for my hair. It turned the brassier blonde pieces I had to a more white/silver blonde BUT it also turned the blondest white parts a pale lavender. The worst thing about this shampoo was the smell. It’s TERRIBLE and so so so strong. Even after washing and rinsing my hair thoroughly with regular shampoo, it smelled for 2 full days. It also left my hair much drier than I experienced with other purple shampoos. I’m still so surprised by the volume of positive reviews this stuff has. Do yourself a favor and skip it!

I recently had my hair highlighted and ended up with some brassy tones and some hair in my bangs that did not lift high enough and ended up more of a yellow color than I like. I’ve used this shampoo for two days in a row, 5 minutes each time, and the color is fantastic! I wish I had taken before and after pictures:( The smell is not good but it doesn’t linger long and is worth putting up with for great color. I wore gloves when applying and sprayed down the shower as soon as I was done and didn’t have any problems with stained hands or a mess to clean up. I highly recommend!
