Rough Country 1.75" Lift Kit for 2007-2018 Jeep Wrangler JK - 65130

The kit is great and looks really good on the Jeep. The instructions are not very good and clear. The pictures do not show everything as is.What really pissed me off was when I called to get some help I was talked to like I was stupid. I tried to explain the issue and he couldn’t understand what I was telling him. Now I am not retarded I was taking a kit off and installing the new one I bought from you guys. I would like to think I was somewhat knowledgeable about what I was doing. So in the end great product poor customer service!

Easy to install and gives just the right look. Since most of my off-roading is in the desert I really didn't need much in the way of a lift. I did really needed new shocks as they were gone from the roads in vegas and washboard at the lake. Took around 5 hours to install along with a new dual shock steering stabilizer as the death wobble was back for a third time. Kit is great and gave just enough to look that it isn't stock and I can stay stock on the tire size. Highly recommend for anyone that wants a nice smooth ride and a little better stance. One additional tool that will save you a ton of time and cusing is using a spring compressor that you can borrow from any autoparts store. Trust me you will thank me for mentioning this when you do yours.

Install went easy, no big deal. Added 2in of lift measuring from concrete floor to fender edge. It got rid of the factory rake as well and improved ride quality.

Your basically getting the spacers for free if you were to buy the shocks alone it would cost the same. The jeep looks level now. we had a local shop install them it was about $530 for them to install the kit and do a front wheel alignment. Long story short our jeep hit 65k miles and was headed to shop for a tune up ect anyway. Watching YouTube this looks very simple install if you a garage and some tools. Overall the jeep looks level now and you can see a difference. looking back on it i wish i would have got a bigger kit. i think 2-2.5 you would notice a big difference from stock. the 1.75 is more of a leveling kit with a minor lift looks good on stock jeep.

#1 definitely want to use a lift. I was fortunate enough to have a good Friend who has one in his shop. Would definitely taken longer on jack stands. Wouldn't recommend doing it alone. Overall it is not difficult just time consuming. The end result is outstanding. Running Falkin 275/70 R17 (32.7') wild peaks and it's been a great improvement on our stock JK unlimited. The ride and handling are better and the look/stance is great. Serious style points. Tested on a couple desert trails and the clearance and articulation was exactly what I needed. Would highly recommend for a nice inexpensive upgrade. Happy JK'n.

Not too tall, but noticable, and definitely better ride than the oem

For the money, great shocks and a free lift kit! Could not find shocks alone for the price. Added a set of 1.5” wheel spacers which made the Jeep ride much better with less swaying on the highway, nothing radical, just a better looking mall crawler. Would say that the lift ended up being about 2.25” measured at the fenders.
