If I understand your question correctly, you are asking how to disconnect the battery from the cable. The answer is you don’t. You must de-solder the cable from the pc board inside the speaker, cleaning off the solder either with a ‘solder sucker’, or a solder wick (which is what I use), and then re-inserting the wires from the new battery into the holes on the pc board, and re-soldering them carefully as to not cross-solder any holes. If you are not proficient at soldering in tight spots, I suggest getting someone else to do it for you, as it takes a low wattage iron and a steady hand. Hope this helps.
