I love the José Olé Beef & Cheese Chimichangas! I buy them every chance I get because they make such an easy snack or meal. I love pairing them with refried beans with green chilies and Spanish rice, then topping everything with pico de gallo and sour cream. They are also super affordable—you can get a bulk box, keep them in the freezer, and just thaw, bake, or fry them whenever you want a quick meal. I'm extremely happy with these!

Any New Mexicans reading this?
The heartache I have for Allsups chimis is so real. I miss them so much. One night, I went down a deep rabbit hole of research trying to find the closest replacement and I came across these. I have never tried frying them in oil, but I usually throw them in my air fryer. If you're a fan of Allsup's, I promise you won't be disappointed. I eat them at least once a week, no joke (I have a problem), and I enjoy them every. single. time.

Really good with sour cream
I don’t know if I actually care for the flavor but they aren’t bad. They are filling, cheap, and super easy to microwave. I mainly get them so I have something “solid” to hold the sour cream.
