Great Suction!
It does exactly what it says. First use I over did it, you really have to watch it with this model as it has VERY good suction, leaving it on one spot and not moving it as instructed in the manual will lead to a little lady bug sized hicky on your face/nose.I was both disgusted and pleased with the ..scrapings? that I cleaned from my face in the first 4 minutes of use.Needless information: I never went above the first suction setting, and used it after a hot shower.

Revision from one star where I received a broken unit and I commented that it was cheaply made.The seller contacted me and were very concerned about how the product arrived to me. They asked several times if they could please send me a new one as they have alot of confidence in the product and I said yes. The product came to me directly from the seller and there was no damage. You do need to charge it first, but that's okay. There were no problems with charging (about 6 hours for full charge and I've used it twice so far without recharging).The suction power is AMAZING! I'm going to use it for another 2 weeks and come back to revise to 5 stars if I have no problems.I want to say that I purchased a different blackhead remover in the interim and it had 4.5 stars at the time. The suction power on that unit is nothing compared to this one.As always, follow instructions. Do not keep the suction on one place for more than 2 or 3 seconds. It's very strong.I'll be back in a few weeks for a, hopefully, 5 star review.

Wow!
One, talk about receiving this timely! I was so shocked to get this the very next day! I'd have to say, my son took it and thought he could just start vacuuming away on his face...dry. That doesn't work very well. I would say if you want to see better results, use it after taking a shower, when the pores have opened up and the skin is a bit softer, especially in winter. When I showed him the difference he was so happy to have a much better method to removing blackheads from his face. This isn't a super powerful remover, so you may need a blackhead tool that presses and helps them out a bit, but for removing the rest of it once it has been broken, very neat.Nice to take it off and wash it off too rather than having to handle them on a napkin or piece of toilet paper. Pretty cool little tool!

Peligroso.
Este producto es peligroso, lesiono la piel de mi cara lo use en el nivel 1, 2 y como pueden ver las fotos esto fue lo que sucedió. Estuve al punto de llamar un abogado por esto, gracias a Dios una crema para esta clase de hematomas me ayudó rápidamente a desaparecer este daño de mi cara. No compren este producto.

Worth it
Super gross but this is what the remover pulled out on my first try. It does pull your skin and has several settings. I tried most settings with minor discomfort (far less painful than peal masks). Best black head remover option. I never really feel like the masks pull anything but dry skin. Definitely recommend this remover.

Mine was defective
I bought this to remove blackheads,& minimize the appearance of my pores, but dang. I’ve used several others, but never like this one. Suction was way too harsh, I looked like I was abused! Not only did it hurt so bad, but it looked terrible. I had to cake on make up for work, I wanted to cry so bad. I wouldn’t recommend this at all!

The tool I never knew I needed in my life
I don't even think I realized these types of vacuums existed until I saw an ad for one, and when I decided to purchase one I opted for this one because of all the great reviews. I didn't know what to expect but I figured why not, I would see if it works. It really does! I have only used it on level 1 so far, but it's definitely removing gunk from my pores on my face as well as on my shoulders, where I also unfortunately get break-outs. I usually get red veeery easily, and while it definitely left red streaks on my shoulders, they went away immediately. And my face did great, I didn't get any bruising unlike other people.I've already recommended it to several friends! So far I really like this thing, it works.

It is absolutely great and works perfectly as described. Sitting in the steam room opens up the pores for five mins. This machine is powerful enough to clean up the pores. Also it exfoliates the skin.This waterproof machine it’s also safe to use in the steam room or shower. +++++ gadget
