Very well balanced and delicious spicy sauce.

Deliciously table sauce
This was surprisingly very good. My favorite is by Fix Sriracha, but this was a close 2nd. The difference is the price for this is more.

Real siracha
Bottle closure is a bit energetic and it’s kinda sweet. Beats the snot out of cock sauce though. Just about every “real” siracha that actually uses pickled garlic instead of garlic powder does.

Sweet, Subtle and a Slow Warming - No Harsh Burn
I love this product. Before I found it on Amazon (Thank you Amazon!) I actually bought it on eBay. As you can imagine that was pretty hit or miss. This product has a sweet and subtle flavor it the more familiar rooster does not possess. I still use the Rooster, but I have begun to use this product more. This is the second time I’ve ordered it on Amazon, and this time it includes a gift for a friend who is a fellow foodie and was blown away By the product. Delivery has been reasonable and as promised. Please continue to carry this product Amazon. Thank you

Very mild
Their idea of strong hot and my idea are way out of sync. This product is VERY mild. No heat whatsoever. The taste is similar to the rooster but without the strong garlic bite. It's a very mellow sauce and will not overpower anything you put it it on.

Pricey novelty sauce
It’s not hot, it is very sweet, it is good on potatoes and rice dishes. The reason for lower stars is both cost to volume ratio and lack of being impressed by the flavor. It’s expensive, and you don’t get much. If you’re wanting to try this hit up all your local Asian stores, you might get lucky, and if you can find it for $5-ish I’d say that’s a reasonable price.
