How do i feed this to cannibus plant once a month?

Follow the instructions on the box.

How much would i add to a 7gallon smart pot? Half a cup?

If its the only thing you are using id do 1 or 2 cups per cubic ft (7.5 gals) do your self a favor and pick up some wood vinegar … happy growing

Do you add topsoil to the 4-4-4 or do you have to use at full strength?

can i use my fox farm trio with the 4-4-4 or is it better to just stick with the 4-4-4 by itself? no fox farm trio? ..
