I use this for my hands when they ache from doing a lot of handwork - sewing, writing, playing the piano, etc. I just warm these in the microwave, put them on my hands and just relax. They have really helped.

After breaking both writs a little more than a year ago, I have had trouble with circulation and my hands and wrists getting cold. These are great for taking the chill off. I use them regularly and would highly recommend them.

I bought these for a friend who has hand arthritis. But I have one pair 4 years ago from the same brand, I have used them everyday in the winter and these are still good. The only question is that I don't think these can be cleaned or how to clean.

love herbal concepts products, but these mitts are for small hands, NOT returnable. So best you can do is lay them on top of hands.

Love the warmth, but it's hard to keep the filling in one place for even heat. Maybe more practice? I've only used them a couple of times because I keep having to shift them around to get them to feel right. Heat feels good, though.

I ordered this because I suffer from finger/hand pain from working on a computer all day. I have the neck & shoulder wrap and love it too.

these are great, I love them. I have RA and they help my hands so much.
