Dentek Temparin Lost Filling Repair

I have used this product a lot over the years, whenever in lose a filling or need a repair this comes to my rescue until I can get to a dentist. Easy to apply and stops the pain and sensitivity almost instantly. I wouldn’t be without a oack in the cupboard for emergencies, something I’ve been very thankful for previously.

Such a life savet, due to the pandemic. Temp tooth fell out and was in agony. Dentist recommended that i fill it in till i can get to see them.Purchased this item for next day delivery.A little tricky to use but you soon get the hang of it.I jut put enough to fill, and not to actually shape the tooth.Best used at night before bed to help set.Tip put a cotton pad on opposite side of tooth whilst setting, to absorb some of the saliva to aid setting of the product.

I can’t fault the seller with regards to prompt service and reasonable price however , although it appeared to do the job initially, 24 hours later the filling had almost disintegrated. Okay for a very very temporary fix, but in current circumstances of COVID-19 when you can’t get a dentist, this is just not suitable.

I was recommended to get this by my dentist during Covid Lockdown as I had lost a filling. The first time I filled the pretty big hole in my tooth, it lasted about a week. But every time I re-do it the 'filling' only lasts a few days at most. I'm now on my second bottle! You only get a very small amount, but it does go a long way and if you put the cap back on carefully and tightly it lasts. The taste is not too intrusive and it is a bit chalky in your mouth, but that only lasts until it's gone hard. It is quite easy to use, as long as you can see the relevant tooth in the mirror. I would totally recommend this for a temp fix, but don't expect it to take the place of going to the dentist - Oh, and don't chew gum, it will be gone in a flash!!

It dissolves away. Doesn't harden at all. Contrary to the instructions, the more moisture it gets, the more paste like it becomes and eventually disappears mysteriously (you swallow it without noticing). No matter how long you don't drink or eat waiting for it to set, it will never stay put.

Didn't stay in more than a couple of hours. I did expect a couple of days relief from this whilst I awaited a dentist appointment.

It didn’t work for me I used it to fill a lost filling and it fell out within an hour and it did the same again when I tried it again.

This product does not work on crowns with a post so don’t buy if that is the case for you. Complete waist money and time.

Great stuff

For a temp filling, before seeing your dentist this product , is a long lasting strong substitute that is easy to apply. Would recommend and keep for travel needs, you never know when you'll need it

Git this as a "just in case" item while travelling overseas. Hoping that if I loose a filling or break a tooth ,this will suffice until I get home . Hope I never need it

I had a filling fall out when I was in Guam for a few months. It was feasible to see a dentist but I didn't want to come home and find out I would need a root canal. I followed the directions and also made sure to clean my tooth really good before starting. I wanted to make sure all the food and germs were out and that I wasn't sealing anything in. It worked until I saw a dentist about 3 months later when I got home. My tooth didn't have any decay and I was able to easily get a new filling. I didn't make sure not to chew any food on that side though, I only needed one application
