I absolutely love the Noka smoothie pouches. Perfect for when I dont have time to stop and eat my daily fruits & yogurt in the mornings.

Good taste, good nutrition, convenient
My toddler loves these -- I give them to her when I don't feel like making our usual morning smoothie. She asks for them at least daily, though. I've actually had one or two if I'm super busy too, although I'd never admit to eating a pouch as a grown adult. I love that it's easy nutrition I can throw in my bag. They aren't cheap, but I will invest in my health any day of the week.

Great for toddlers too!
My toddler stopped eating “kids” pouches and will only eat these. I love their ingredients and also that they’re high in protein. Some of the flavors are high in sugar so beware but otherwise they’re great.

Delicious 😋 These are delicious. They are kind of expensive but they are chocked full of nutrition and flavor. They are easy to carry with you and I love the texture. Nutritionally effective.
