As a cheap iron you get what you pay for, it's very hollow plastic on the connection to the base and cold down very quickly when not connected. It doesn't always apply enough water to the base for gliding but that side it does work and does do the job well enough so it's worth the purchase if you don't mind a few design faults

This is a light weight iron.Easy to remove the Power adapter from the Base of the iron.Can also be used with the 240v power lead.Good Value.
