Amazon Brand - Wag Wet Canned Dog Food, Chicken & Vegetable Stew Recipe, 13.2 oz Can (Pack of 12)

My dogs aren't particularly fussy about wet food, but I am. Both of my little ones are minus many teeth (they are puppy mill survivors) so I find that the size of the "chunks" is just right for them and they are soft enough that I can cut them very easily if need be. The gravy is not as gelatinous as some other brands and so easier to spoon out. My pups are thriving on Wag and I will continue to buy (the price is also great!).

Like many others have said, this dog food is perfect for fussy eaters. My dog needed dental work & post dental work - we decided to switch to soft food. He was already on WAG dry food - the grain free stuff & he loved it. Thus, when we switched him to this soft wet food - he's loving it ... it looks amazing, smells - well - like high quality dog food & our dog seems to be loving it ...

If your dog likes it it is convenient to open and slides out of the can easily due to the large gravy content. My GSD immediately got diarrhea upon giving her a whole can without mixing it with her kibble first. ( I was rushed and just wanted to get her fed quickly) She doesn’t dislike it, but I don’t think the protein content is high enough for her breed. I’ve been mixing it with her dry food and it’s slowly getting used up. The runny stools are getting firmer but I won’t be purchasing this brand of canned food for her again at the new higher price. Our two dogs were very itchy and scratchy, and the German Shepherd was gassy for a long time. We finally figured it must be because of the ingredients in the food we were buying. We started reading the ingredients list on the cans to find a grain-free, gluten-free food. (You'll be disgusted to see what's in some of those so-called 'foods'.) With the gluten-and grain-free food, Tah-Dah!! No more itchies and no more gas. Both pups love Wag. We like it because it's almost a dollar a can cheaper than a lot of similar foods. Plus Amazon brings it to us, so no wasted time or wasted mileage.

I'd add a photo but I'm pretty sure nobody wants to see explosive diarrhea or dog vomit all over my rug and carpets. I got this two days before I had knee surgery and ended up the day before surgery on my hands and knees trying to clean doggie diarrhea (80 and 91 pound big dogs who NEVER have accidents!) out of a rug. They only had half a can each! I didn't feed it for 3 days, thinking it was this dog food and no problems. I thought to myself, "Maybe they just had a bug?" So I tried it again, only half a can between the two. Now they were vomiting the following day! Then it dawned on me. I had mixed a new dry food into their Diamond Naturals dry dog food. It was Blue Buffalo, highly unlikely to have any issues with that since it's quality food and they have eaten it before. So I stopped feeding them both that particular dry mix and the canned WAG... No problems. So, I tried just the dry mixed food for a few days with no problems. Tried the canned WAG again last night and now I have two dogs who don't want to eat and who have been vomiting again! I don't like for my dogs to feel unwell!!! I'm very glad I got a carpet shampooer for an early Christmas! I will never feed this to my dogs again and will be requesting my money back and returning the unused cans!

My dogs love this food from Wag. So I thought I would store some extra cans for long term storage but I can’t because the cans have been turned so that I didn’t see they were dented. Most cans in the pack are dented I’m So disappointed. It’s not just my last order either. It’s the past few orders.
