I got this to have on hand for my granddaughters!Nanny's house is going to be the fun place! The magicalplace where mermaids, unicorns, fairies and all thingswithin our imaginations live!The book is absolutely gorgeous!We love it!

Price dropped by 10 bucks after I bought it, but still was a better deal than I've seen it elsewhere. It's a beautiful book. The pictures are more matte than glossy not that that's bad or good, it's just something I've noticed with a lot of coffee table-type books lately. It's denser than I thought it would be which was a nice surprise

I CANNOT BELIEVE THAT THIS BOOK IS NOT FOR KIDS. I BOUGHT THIS FOR MY DAUGHTER AS A GIFT. SHE LIVES IN MISSOURI WITH HER MOTHER AND I DO NOT GET TO SEE HER AS OFTEN AS I WOULD LIKE AND SHE LOVES MERMAIDS. NOW I AM GETTING IGNORED PHONE CALLS FROM MY DAUGHTER AND MAJOR HEAT FROM HER MOTHER BECAUSE I BOUGHT HER AN INAPPROPRIATE BOOK. I HAD NO IDEA THAT THERE WERE A TON OF PICTURES OF NAKED PEOPLE DRINKING ALCOHOL IN IT. ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTED. YOU HAVE CAUSED SUCH A MAJOR ISSUE NOW. I AM DEMANDING FOR REFUND.

The pictures are lovely. The content is recycled. I'm spoiled, I grew up on the Gnome and Fairies handbooks that were amazing original artwork and content. I guess my expectations were a little high. I bought it as a gift for a mermaid fan, so he was surprised, but not too thrilled by it either. He glanced through it, and it's been sitting ever since.

Nice book but not for children. Most pictures areOf topless mermaids!!

I already have the Faerie Handbook and ordered this as preorder because I was so happy with the previous book’s content I thought this would be a good addition to my collection. But sadly when I received the book many of the final pages were still joined, from what I could assume it was hastily printed. To view the pages they had to be torn or cut apart damaging the pages, which would have been perfect had they been cut by the printer. Wish I could give the full five stars.

If you love everything Goddess, Mystical, Mermaids, then you will want to have this book. Every Mermaid should have this.

Brilliant book

Mit sehr viel Mühe wurden viele Artikel zum Thema Mermaiding hiert zusammengefaßt. In seiner Gesamtheit auf die USA beschränkt. Außerdem ist es sehr deutlich ausschließlich an weibliche Leser gerichtet und damit für Meermänner (von denen es immer mehr gibt) nur bedingt zu gebrauchen. Die Tips für Make Up, Schmuck und Mode sind ganz hübsch, aber nicht brauchbar, wenn man keine Frau oder Drag Queen ist.Der Fokus auf Meerjungfrauen als perfekten Schönheiten ist auch für Frauen jenseits der Konfektionsgröße 36 eine Spaßbremse.Dennoch ist es sehr gut verarbeitet und hübsch designt. Für die Meerjungfrauensammlung im Bücherregal also eine Bereicherung.

Um dos livros mais lindos que já adquiri! Primorosamente ilustrado, ótimo conteúdo escrito e edição muito caprichada. Amei e recomendo!

Livre vraiment sympas sur les sirènes pour celles et ceux qui sont fans de l'univers des sirènes ce livre est un indispensable il y traite de toutes sortes de sujets : des recettes, des idées décos ou beauté, la mythologie de la sirène... en plus le livre est très bien illustré et la couverture et l'enveloppe du livre est vraiment très beau !L'anglais n'est pas trop dure mais c'est quand même dommage qu'ils ne le font pas en français !
