Original order lost but now got replacement which is fantastic
Had a problem with not receiving the panel as it seems to have been lost. Persevered and communicated with prompt reply from seller and I know have the item 6 weeks later but I know it would be worth it as nothing else out there for my purpose of a privacy screen which looks natural and not out of place in my garden. Thank you its great.

Screen looked damaged on arrival
I was disappointed with this item as on arrival the willow was unravelling at both ends, I was expecting a solid top and bottom. I have managed to repair the unravelling and have used this for the purpose of screening an old door in the garden. I am quite happy with the result now but do not feel satisfied with how the screen was on arrival.

Not too happy!
Not very pleased with this. It arrived with NO packing, just a plastic strip round the middle with address label. Consequently the two end edges are damaged, but too much hassle to send back so will reluctantly keep. The rest of it seems quite strong, pity about the top and bottom.
