I purchased these on the recommendation of my eye consultant as I suffer from extreme dry eyes with a sensitivity to light, especially strip lights in stores, this is a side effect of having Rheumatoid Arthritis. He also recommended using twice the dose i.e. 2 capsules per day, well they seem to have an effect, but it is early days and only time will tell just how effective they are, the only downside is that I have now cut the dose to the normal one a day as I was getting quite extreme flatulence, and let me tell you it was extreme.

I've been buying these for a few years but never noticed any aftertaste, but this last bottle has an irony taste, the first time I noticed it I thought I had some blood in my mouth. It's a bit off-putting as you wonder why these ones taste like that. My husband noticed it to and I had not mentioned it to him.

In our house we take fish oil to support brain health and reduce inflammation. These are a Great product to choose higher EPE or DHA, we’ve been using them for a couple of years, with no fishy after taste. Really pleased with them

I take these all the time and good value for money. The capsules are a bit large and hard to swallow so I leave the lid off so the capsules soften and then I can snip them and pour the liquid on usually yoghourt.

I first purchased these fish oil capsules when I was diagnosed with Dry Eye. My Optometrist advised me to get good quality fish oil. I did a lot of research on fish oil supplements and this one came out as one of the top ones to use. They do seem expensive but are worth the price as they seem to have helped my dry eyes and I only use my drops now when I need them. I also think they help my joints. I am now on my third bottle.
