Good digital watch
Nice thin watch with a reasonably big display. Detected the time and updated just fine. No problems encountered.

Great watch.
The legendary God Tier Casio. Always wanted an atomic clock watch. Only one problem. The one I got was manufactured in Japan. These watches work by connecting to towers. Since I have the manufactured in Japan version, it needs to connect to the tower in Japan. It can’t. So I basically have a regular digital quartz watch. I’m still happy though because the day function gives you the option of displaying it in Japanese. I’m a watch enthusiast, so being able to have the day displayed in Japanese is AWESOME. :) if the atomic clock function is more important to you, then I would recommend you contact the seller, or see if there’s another way you can determine where the watch is manufactured. Make sure you buy one that can connect to a tower that’s near/compatible in relation to your area. Very happy. I have mine on a thick leather strap. :)

Supercool Casio
New from a 2007 design. Besides looking retro chic, it's a Waveceptor: auto atomic time.

This Waveceptor does not auto-update
This watch is dysfunctional....will not auto-update..I have owned 6 Casio Waveceptor watches..one has worked perfectly for 6 years..two of them became corrupted somehow and never recovered, one of them, with a conventional dial face, does not show a consistentreading with the digital time displayed below, and this one is a complete bomb...would not auto-update and changes strangely to different timezones on its own .... so my experience with these watches is not encouraging, although I have worn many Casio watches over the years for running and they have always been reliable from that viewpoint ....

Great looking, affordable, accurate and easy to set up and use.
This watch has very basic features and does not have the ruggedness of the G-Shock models, but it’s a smart looking watch and is a great alternative for those days when you want a little change without breaking the bank. Illumination is good with easy to push buttons. I switched out the band for a military grade nylon. The radio time setting feature is nice, with the watch syncing up to timekeeping stations near you for accuracy.

Great watch, accurate to a fraction of a second
I previously had a Casio watch that picked up time signals from WWVB in Colorado, but it finally gave up after about 15+ years of service. This new watch is much more reliable at picking up the signal from Colorado, plus it is able to pick up signals in several other places around the world (Europe & Japan; haven't yet tested that feature). It has a thorough list of world time zones. As noted in other reviews, the instructions are only in Japanese, but it is easy to download the English version from the Casio website. The watchband is not great, so I swapped it out immediately, which was easy to do. Highly recommended.

Great watch
This is a great watch and works perfectly as advertised. It says to set it in a window at night, but like some other reviewers, I like to wear it to bed so I can check the time if I wake up in the night, and it always receives the signal every night - sometimes even before I go to bed. When I check the time station WWV from Colorado (I live in Milford, Ohio just east of Cincinnati) it is always accurate to the second. I would definitely buy this again - it is the best watch I have ever owned. I like that I can see the time in different cities around the world also. I highly recommend this watch.
