Harbinger Nylon Lifting Support Belt

I've bought two of these, one which I used for 5 years and the velcro was still going strong, sadly I accidentally left at the gym :( and I highly recommend this. It provides great support while being extremely comfortable, which makes it ideal for both Powerlifting as well as the dynamic lifts likes the Snatch and Clean and Jerk for Weightlifitng. I also have a £120 Titan 4 inch lever belt, but this is the one I use.

Excellent belt, made from heavy duty nylon webbing but flexible enough that it doesn't require breaking in. I am a 32" waist and got the medium and it is a good fit. It has a large velcro area so it can accomodate an expanding waist. I use it for squats as it is 4" wide all the way round so great for giving your core that bit of support when the weight is increasing.

I have been using this belt for a couple of months now and extremely happy with the purchase. I have used other lower priced belts before but this one appears to be top quality for a good price. Unfortunately I was sent the wrong size after ordering a medium however the large I was sent seems to just fit. I have a 30inch waist. (I think medium would be a slightly better option but couldn’t be fussed with returning)Perfect belt for everyday lifting with a simple sleek look. Would recommend.

Quality item, Strong and durable. Question the sizing before you buy! I didnt and I’m concerned about the size. I contacted supplier after buyin but poor response saying they need to contact someone else.

Well pleased with the belt ordered XL and am a 36inch waist fits perfect tried it on done a heavy dead lift and it was perfect held well in place would recommend

Good quality material, comfy to wear with minimal break-in period.I wanted to try using a belt in the gyms as I was reaching weights where it was recommended. This belt is a good compromise between, quality and price!Very good for beginners, I would buy this item again.

Now for me the belt is an absolute must for squats and overhead presses. Helps deadlift but not so much, and it's a bit tricky to adjust its position in this lift. Very comfortable as well

Very easy to put on and take off. Offers much greater degree of adjustment than buckle belts. Good for more involved movements, for heavy deadlifts I still prefer a thick leather belt.

Nachdem die Gewichte immer schwerer werden, wollte ich meinen ersten Gewichthebergürtel kaufen. Erst hatte ich es mit einem massiven Ledergürtel von RDX versucht. Der war aber eben wirklich zu massiv, alleine gar nicht zu öffnen und zu schließen, also zurück. Nach langem Recherchen und etwas skeptisch, bestellte ich den Harbinger. Er passt jetzt perfekt und lässt sich weit rundum schließen, sodass er schön eng und fest und sicher sitzt.Ich beherrsche das Valsalvamanöver gut, weswegen ich erst auch gar keinen Gürtel wollte - aber wie mir prophezeit wurde: Bei guter Technik schaffe ich damit im Maximalbereich meiner Deadlifts, Squats und Military Presses gleich einige Kilo mehr bzw leichter als sonst!Fazit: Ich bin sehr, sehr zufrieden, vor allem für den Preis! Jetzt hoffe ich nur noch, dass er lange hält - aber er wirkt wirklich hochwertig, denke also nicht, dass er so schnell ex geht :-) Klare Kaufempfehlung!

Körpergewicht.: 90kgGröße.:178cmIch habe von Harbinger M und L probiert und muss sagen bis 90kg ist M super. Ab 93-95kg würde ich L empfehlen.Die Qualität ist super es ist fehlerfrei verarbeitet und hat keine wirklichen Schwächen.Beim Kreuzheben muss man sich dran gewöhnen das der Gürtel vorne bzw im Hüftbereich gleich breit ist daher kann es störend sein. Aber nach regelmäßiger Benutzung spüre ich garnichts. Es ist auch super praktisch man kann es auch zusammen Falten und braucht nicht so viel PLatz in der Tasche. Zu Bedenken ist das es um die 20euro kostet. Der Durchschnittswert liegt bei 30euro.(gute Gürtel)

Seems to be OK. I much prefer the support from my 5 inch belt for heavy squatting, but as I can only wear a 4in belt for competition, this one gets the job done AOK. No complaints for the $20 it costs. It's basic, but comfortable.Edit : I'm about to replace this after a year and a half, as the velcro is starting to fail. But it's survived that long being used five days a week, so no complaints. I also find that I tried a couple of other belts (a Schiek and a 2Pood) and with both of them, I'd hit the buckle when I was cleaning - so I'll be buying another one of these where the buckle is covered, and I don't have that problem.

Una faja que cumple su cometido, a primera impresión tiene un aspecto más caro, pero al revisar a detalle los materiales es de manufactura muy barata, pero sin duda es una faja que puedes llevar todos los días en tu maleta de entrenamiento por si acaso.

I use the belt for all my working sets on compounds : squats, deadlifts, rows and ohp. I also use the belt for my strongman training (sandbag, carries, stones, etc.). To me, it is a good compromise between a stiff leather belt and a very flexible belt or underbelt for dynamic movements (such as farmer walks or carries). It's easy to use due to the velcro and helps keep the core more stable. I use the belt pretty much everyday since buying it and it is holding up well. Only complaint is the velcro will fail ultimately (it has started to pile up in some spots), but it is cheap enough that buying a new one every two or three years shouldn't be a concern. I'll probably upgrade to a stiffer belt for squats and deadlifting soon though, but will keep this one for other uses.

I do a lot of crossfit and I needed a belt to just help keep me stable in certain lifts and it really does the job very well , I've had it a few months and its in great shape still , I gave it 4 stars only because I wish the Velcro went further around so you can loosen the grip without having to take it off every time in a wod .. I would still recommend it though !I will sew a patch of Velcro towards the front is all !

Buen producto no le pongo 5 estrellas porque para hacer una talla mucho más Grande no ajusta al 100% tiene que ser una talla para personas muy delgadas entonces si valdria la talla que comentan A un si ha resistido el uso de 2 meses y veremos que pasa

Works as advertised and provides support given your form is correct on a given exercise. Not a pro quality belt, but for the regular guy who just wants to not blow out his back, it’s pretty much what you need

Se anuncian que cumplen con las tallas S, M, X, y XL.Por ejemplo, compre la XL (37-42 pulgadas) y realmente es una medida inferior, apenas si agarra el velcro.El producto tiene buen material solo que viene reducido en una talla.

Got this because of a recent hernia reduction. Lightweight and comfortable. Velcro makes it easy to loosen between sets. Not a super strong belt for huge weights but it is close to perfect for my moderate use. Good value.

Me espere mas de 6 meses para escribir esta reseña para probar su durabilidad, la cual no queda a deberNo se deforma, es cómoda, se ajusta a tu cerp como quieres y el velcro a pesar de compartir y usar 3-4 dias a la semana no se a vencido y tampoco se nota alguna señal de desgaste

The belt sizing is way off. Brought an Large size base on the suggestion sizing but is one size smaller. Now I am stuck with a product I can’t use for my workout. Wish an extra large can be send to me for this trouble.
